          There are two main things I look for when working with a contractor - I want a company that can maintain a schedule and maintain the cost as spelled out in the original bid. Todd was able to effectively work around any work order changes and reasonably negotiate potential alterations to schedules and cost. Beyond that I appreciated Todd's concern for environmental safety issues and infection control while working with our medical facility.
